Dear Family;

We have this joke in our home about how alike we think and act... we have laughed so much at saying and doing the same things, even when apart.  The children and our close friends used to be in awe of it, and now is a source of great joy, and many giggles.  That is the best way to explain what we have ...this uncanny link.  We are so blessed to be together, and so happy.

We have several activities that we do together and some with the children.  I love to rubber stamp - making cards and envelopes.  I also really enjoy making bread.  I have a sourdough starter from a dear friend that is from her Grandmother!  I make bread from this once a week.  I have a wonderful bread pan and knife, and have been able to make some different types of bread too.  I also have a starter of Amish Friendship Bread that is almost 5 years old now.  It is one of my favorites - and the children's too!!

Our lives are much different for what either of us had before, we enjoy fellowship, a program and our home is blessed to be full almost constantly. Above all there is love in our home, and peace (as much as you can have with 4 to sometimes 12 children under foot)  We are always having slumber parties, water balloon fights and doing craft projects.  We enjoy camping and spend a lot of time with my family, all of which live within 30 miles.  I have a nephew Rob, who I love dearly.  Last Summer my brother Tim coached Rob & Marty's Baseball team.  We made a CD of it and you can see the boys at work!

We have activities which keep us  busy during the week when the children aren't home, and participate in several community items.  I have been able to donate time at work with my Internet skills and with my family for such causes as The King's Daughters' School, The Vinny, The Jason Project, and Alakid & Alateen.

Till next time~

Love Christy
